NATI Members Qualified at Nominees for the Ernest C. Manning Innovation Awards

Two NATI members have been accepted as a Qualified Nominees for the 2017 Ernest C. Manning Innovation Awards Program.

We would like to congratulate Kris McNeil of Solace Power, and to Nicholas Katsepontes and Dr. Fotina Sampalis of Semintha Nutraceuticals on their nominations!

The Foundation will recognize all Qualified Nominees at regional Nominee Recognition events and with a certificate to celebrate having “the imagination to innovate and the stamina to succeed.” Those who are selected as award recipients will be informed during the summer and announced prior to the 36th Annual Ernest C. Manning
Innovation Awards.

About the Awards

Since 1982, The Ernest C. Manning Awards Foundation has been creating a culture of innovation in Canada by discovering, celebrating and rewarding Canadian innovators of all ages. We tell the stories of Canadian innovators who are improving the lives of Canadians and others around the world through their commercialized innovations.

Nominees may be eligible for one of four Awards, from the $100 000 Principal Award to the $10 000 Innovation Award. Young Canadians participating in the Canada-Wide Science Fair may be eligible for one of eight Young Canadian Awards and one of four Young Canadian Innovator Awards.
